This historic building is richly detailed on the interior and exterior boasting bays which have mansard roofs with crested widow’s walks, doorways framed by pilasters and a pediment and two bay windows. With all these and many more extravagant details, required are painters with meticulous care and attention to detail. The project was planned in fine details in conjunction with Dulux, with consideration ranging from specifications to materials used. Overall, this detailed commercial project took about 500 litres of paint, 4 different colours, 4-6 staff over a duration of 4 weeks – making sure to fit around the peak hours of operation and functions.
